The service operator will send a tow truck to transport the driver and vehicle to the closed repair facility. The driver will not be responsible for the towing cost, as this will covered by their service plan. They will be, however, the one responsible for any repairs needed to their vehicle.
When a motorist runs out of fuel, the company will dispatch someone to bring a small amount of gas. The amount is usually around three gallons, which should be just enough to get the motorist to their nearest service station. With most service plans, the price of gas is included in the membership.
